Question 1

Why custom software instead of SaaS tools?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions are rent: a lean stack runs ~£95–£130/mo and scales with every seat and contact (verified September 2026). Custom software costs more up front, then ~£30/mo — and it works exactly like your business instead of a generic tool’s roadmap.

Question 2

Who is WOWSoftware for?

Accepted Answer

Small businesses drowning in tool sprawl, spreadsheet chaos or a process that generic software cannot fit — from trades to logistics to professional services. Also founders proving a software product idea.

Question 3

How fast can you ship?

Accepted Answer

Automation Sprint: 2–3 weeks. Internal tools: 3–5 weeks. MVP Build: 6–8 weeks. Fixed scope, weekly demos.

Question 4

What does the free consultation cover?

Accepted Answer

A 30-minute call: we map your current tools and processes, estimate hours lost, and recommend the highest-ROI first move — no obligation.
