Question 1

Why fixed prices?

Accepted Answer

Fixed scope, fixed price means no open-ended day rates and no surprise invoices. Every package states exactly what ships and when; extra phases are quoted before work starts.

Question 2

Why not just keep paying for SaaS tools?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions are rent: a lean stack runs ~£95–£130/mo and scales with every seat and contact (verified September 2026). An owned system costs more up front, then ~£30/mo — and it works exactly like your business, not like a generic tool's roadmap.

Question 3

Will I be locked into you for changes?

Accepted Answer

No. You own the code and data outright, we document everything, and any competent developer can take it over. We keep you because we ship, not because we hold keys.

Question 4

What if I already have half-built tools or spreadsheets?

Accepted Answer

That is the normal starting point. Discovery maps what exists, we migrate the data that matters, and retire the rest.
